There is no need to transfer your domain, we do however recommend that you update your DNS SPF record to incluse our smtp server, this can be done for you through your DNS provider.

1) Check that the SMS alerts option is not turned off by the Domain Admin.
2) Check that you have enough sms credits to receive notifications.
3) Check that your cellphone number iscorrect.
SMS Alerts for domain users can be turned off by domain admins through the system by editing the user account and selecting No from the Receive SMS Notification dropdown.
